- Removed ring of fallen +8-12 (+7 is max)
- Decreased ring of fallen requirement (lvl 190 = +1, 191 = +2 etc)
- Increase dragon weapon drop rate from crespo bosses
- Attempt to fix kill lag in under crespo (frost mobs)
- Removed previous Devil Bracelets that some old players had +10. +0 is now max.

Anyone who has lost anything from this update, can contact me here or in game.
